REPTAR

This was a request from an Etsy customer.  Reptar is a character from the Rugrats show.  I, personally, do not have much knowledge of Rugrats.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn:  Spring green, black, tangerine, light blue, white, and lavender.
E crochet hook
Polyester Fiberfil
Tapestry needle

FINGERS (MAKE 6):
Rd 1: With spring green, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rds 2-5: sc in each sc around.  (4)
Finish off in first 2 FINGERS for each ARM.  Do not finish off in third FINGER for each ARM.

ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: sc in next 2 sc in third FINGER, sc in next 2 sc in first FINGER, sc in next 4 sc in second FINGER, sc in next 2 sc in first FINGER, sc in next 2 sc in third FINGER.
Rds 2-3: sc in each sc around.  (12)
Rd 4: (sc in next sc, sc2tog) around.  (8)
Rds 5-10: sc in each sc around.  (8)
BEGIN STUFFING ARMS FIRMLY.  CONTINUE STUFFING ARMS FIRMLY AS YOU GO ALONG.

Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff HEAD firmly.  Sew HEAD to BODY.

PUPILS, TEETH AND NOSTRILS:
With black, embroider PUPILS on eyes and NOSTRILS on HEAD.  With white, embroider TEETH over INSIDE MOUTH ATTACHMENT.

EYEBROWS (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: With spring green, ch 9, slip st in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, slip st in next ch, sc in next 2 ch, slip st in next ch, sc in next ch, slip st in next ch.
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew EYEBROWS to HEAD.

TAIL:
Rd 1: With spring green, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rd 2: sc in each sc around.  (4)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (6)
Rd 4: sc in each sc around.  (6)
Rd 5: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (8)

Rd 1: With light blue, ch 2, 5 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (5)
Rd 2: turn; (ch 3, slip in next sc) 5 times.
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew SPINE SPIKES to BODY.  Weave in ends.
